How It Works
These are 1-hr online classes hosted through Zoom. Note you are muted upon entry. However everyone is encouraged to say hello and turn your camera on for however long you’d like for personalized guided assistance and sense of community.
Recommended to bring a yoga strap, blocks, blankets or anything similar you have at home. Props are excellent tools for modifications, added support, and at times to intensify.
An optional Spotify playlist will be provided at the beginning of class. You may use your own music or none at all.
Class Descriptions
FLOW + MEDITATION | Incorporate a combination of guided flow, pranayama, and meditation to transform stagnant and agitated energies. The pace of this class moves from breath work, guided warmups to mindfully guided postures that flow from one breath at a time. Great for fluid movement and breath to focus the mind, warm the body, and digest agitation for a well-deserved savasana; moderate pace; all-levels welcomed
SLOW FLOW | Build heat and strength through longer held postures in this completely guided class to balance the blend of mental and physical stability and grace; slow pace; all-levels welcomed, great for beginners and to improve stability and mobility
RESTORE | Slow, gentle movements and grounded postures held for 2-5 minutes each to cultivate deep relation in the body’s nervous system and connecting with the breath; slow pace; all-levels welcomed
